This is the message released by WAEC:
The results of 28,817 candidates, representing 11.67%, are being withheld in connection with various cases of examination malpractice. Such cases are being investigated & the reports of the investigations will go to the Nigeria Examination Committee (NEC) for consideration. The Committee's (NEC) decisions will be communicated to the affected candidates in due course.
You can also check all the other statistics. Number of candidates with credit in Maths and English, number of candidates with more than 5 credits, etc. You will see all of them when you click the link above.
