Miley Cyrus is a drug addict but she doesn't open up publicly about it. How ever, The National Enquirer published the photo above in which Miley is seen working on her laptop with what appears to be a pile of cannabis, a rolled up bank note and a vial of white powder on a table in front of her.
The picture was taken at a 4am recording session in November, which was around the time she started dating Patrick Schwarzenegger.
