Forbes releases World’s Most Powerful list, puts Putin ahead of Obama

President Obama's desire is widely known for his love of the camera and the spotlight. However, today he had to step back a peg for Russian leader,Vladimir Putin to second place on "The World's Most Powerful People" list.
