Ludhiana, India – In a shocking incident of public apathy, a woman was publicly beaten up with iron rods by four men in Ludhiana as people stood as mere spectators.
The incident happened in broad daylight yet nobody stepped in to help the woman.
What's even more shocking is that a video clip was shot by one of the four men.
The woman had allegedly asked one of the accused Manoj to return her Rs 20,000 which she had lent him.
This irked Manoj who then started beating her.
This is not the first time such an incident has come to light from Punjab.
A few weeks back, some policemen in Tarn Taran had beaten up a girl and her father when she approached the police to register a complaint.

Kenya President's top security adviser caught watching porn at work (LOOK)

A top security adviser to president Uhuru Kenyatta of Kenya is now at the center of an embarassing porn scandal resulting in widespread demand for her dismissal. 

Rachael Omamo, Cabinet secretary in charge of Defence (pictured) was reportedly busted on Tuesday as she was watching pornographic material in her Nairobi office.

According to the Kenyan Daily Post, Omamo who is one of Kenyatta's top security advisers was allegedly browsing adult material online when she erroneously shared the images with her Twitter followers.

On realizing her folly, the secretary quickly deleted the tweet but it was too late as eagle-eyed followers had already saved and re-tweeted the compromising images, the report states.

As a result of the unethical incident, Kenyans have been calling for her immediate sack, describing her as "idle"..

How to upgrade your Tecno N3, P3 custom rom from Gingerbread to Android jellybean 4.0

If you are still running your Tecno N3, P3 on gingerbread Am sure you will love this post.
These are the below requirement needed for custom rom upgrade for N3 and P3 to Android jellybean 4.0

NOTE: I advice you to back up your present ROM before flashing it with a custom ROM
2. So let start, you need a CWM recovery for your N3/P3 download it Here

How To Install Custom Rom For N3 & P3
1.Downlaod Eblak_N7(ROM) Here 
And su-bin-3.1.1-arm-signed(FOR ROOTING) Here

2. place it on your sdcard root

3.Boot to recovery>>wipe data factory
resetand wipe cache partition

4.Goto Advance "wipe dalvik cache"

5.Select +++go back+++àThen, select'install zip from sd card'. Choose zip from sd card

6.Select Eblak_N7.zip then Navigate to "YES". As soon as you see "installation complete", select choose zip from sd card

7.And choose su-bin-3.1.1-arm-signed.zip. When you are through, select "+++go back+++" and choose "power off". You can then restart your device.
For P3 Users alone (Patch Installing)

==>Download P3_Patch Here

==>Save the downloaded file on your sdcard

==>Go to clockworkmod and install the zip. Their is no need to wipe anything, just install the zip from clockworkmod.
That's it guys. You should now have a branded ics custom rom running 4.0 installed on your device.
Once you have successfully upgraded your rom to android 4.0, here are the likely features for it to have:-

Obasanjo Blasts Vanguard Newspaper: “You’re Bloody Idiots”

President Olusegun Obasanjo was very furious when approached by Vanguard on Wednesday over the letter that is purportedly written by his daughter, Iyabo, to him as he hurled invectives at the newspaper's man called him on the phone. The exchange between Vanguard and Chief Obasanjo ran thus:

Vanguard: Sir, we tried reaching you all through yesterday, to no avail, over the letter written by your daughter, Iyabo, to you.

Chief Obasanjo: You are a bloody idiot, you have published the paper and you are now looking for me, you are an idiot, don't call me again. When Iyabo finishes you in court…. (hangs up).

But why did Iyabo "wrIte such a wicked letter" to her dad? 

According to Vanguard, Senator Iyabo Obasanjo has confirmed to them that she indeed wrote the letter and she said her father's associates and friends should take it as her own way of getting back to him. Very sad!

She reacted against the background of mixed reactions from elders and notable politicians on the import of the letter which she said is her last communication with her father.
